Frank Mollica, RMT

Frank is the owner of MAINLAND MASSAGE THERAPY LTD. Frank graduated from WCCMT in 1997 and through his 19 years of massage experience has gained extensive skills in all aspects of massage therapy’s facets. He brings his knowledge, passion, and aptitude for sports into his treatments, as he is an avid soccer player. His resume includes work with the BC Lions football club from 1997-2000, Canadian National soccer team, Iron Man competitors, and many other professional athletes. Altering each treatment to the specific needs of the client, Frank is dedicated to finding the treatment plan with the highest level of success.

Frank uses a wide variety of modalities: Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, and P.N.F. (Peripheral Neuromuscular Fascilation Stretching.


Kevin Burger, RMT

Kevin is a Registered Massage Therapist with an interest in helping people recover from injury, stress, poor work posture, and sport related issues. Every treatment is designed to address the immediate concerns of the client while helping them achieve a better understanding of how their bodies function, and how to prevent injury.

Kevin is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000 hour program. He is also an avid yogi, runner and aspiring triathlete, who just likes to help people anyway he can.

Nicole Young, RMT

Nicole is a graduate from the 3000 hour program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She integrates a number of treatment techniques including Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue massage, and Joint Mobilizations. She takes interest in helping people who suffer with symptoms related to headaches, TMJ dysfunction, motor vehicle accidents, postural imbalances, and pregnancy. Working with clients to establish a thorough history and providing recommendations for client self care, Nicole strives to alleviate symptoms to achieve client goals and prevent recurrence.

In combination with practicing at Mainland Massage, Nicole worked as a T.A at West Coast College from 2015. In 2017 she joined the faculty at Langara College taking on the role of clinic instructor. Here she helps massage therapy students in Langara’s public clinic apply what they learn in the classroom to real life patients. In July 2016, she joined the BC Bike Race massage team and travelled the week long mountain bike race, treating riders from around the world. She will rejoin the wellness team in the summer of 2017. Other volunteer work includes experience at BC Women’s hospital, The Ride to Conquer Cancer, Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, Vancouver Triathlon, Whistler Gran Fondo, George Pearson Centre, Canuck Place Adventure Race, and other sporting events. These experiences have led her to treat a wide patient population that includes hospice patients, pregnant women, children and professional athletes.

Running, hiking, and travel helps Nicole lead a balanced lifestyle of health and wellbeing. She strives to one day reside on an island inhabited by dogs and her own grown vegetable garden, in which people will visit to enjoy the simple things in life!

Paulette Veliz, RMT

Paulette is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000 hour program. Her long standing interest in human anatomy and wellness has driven Paulette to pursue a career in massage therapy.

Using a combination of physical assessment and techniques such as, Fascial Release, Passive and Active Stretching, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, and Joint Mobilization, allows Paulette to work together with a client to better suit the treatment for each individual.

She strongly believes in working within the clients’ pain tolerance so that a client/therapist trust can be developed. Paulette also has experience in pregnancy massage, systemic and regional conditions, and knowledge of home exercises for rehabilitation of certain injuries.

Aleesha Sangha, RMT

Aleesha is a recent graduate of the Langara College 3200 hour Registered Massage Therapist program.

Using a variation of modalities such as trigger point release, myofascial release, Swedish techniques, stretching and joint mobilization, Aleesha individualizes each treatment plan based on the patient’s needs. Her attentiveness allows her to provide patients with a safe and effective treatment.

Aleesha’s passion is to help her patients get back to their daily routine by minimizing or eliminating their initial pain concerns.

Kaeley De Armond, RMT

Kaeley is a recent graduate of the Langara 3200-hour Registered Massage Therapy program. While starting out in her first year of practice she is also working to complete her Bachelor of Health Sciences.

The Langara RMT program has allowed Kaeley to gain experience in a variety of massage areas including athletics, spinal cord injuries, pregnancy, migraines, systemic conditions and palliative care. Her treatment techniques include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial, stretching and joint mobilization. Kaeley focuses on her patients with a calming and eager nature.
